Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and America’s Travel Network LLC (“ATN,” “we,” “us”) for the Insider Pass and the americastravelnetwork.com website. By purchasing an Insider Pass or using this site, you agree to them. Please read them, they are written in plain English on purpose.

1. What the Insider Pass is

The Insider Pass is a digital travel concierge service. It gives you access to trade-level cruise and resort rates surfaced by our rate-tracking technology, a named concierge who assists with bookings by phone, the Price-Beat Promise, and a $100 onboard credit or a 25% commission rebate, whichever is higher. ATN is not a cruise line, hotel, or airline and does not itself operate travel. Bookings are fulfilled through licensed travel partner channels.

The Insider Pass is not a timeshare, vacation club, or travel club with recurring dues. There is no sales presentation, no tour, and nothing further to buy after activation.

2. The activation fee

The Insider Pass is activated by a single, one-time fee of $197 (USD). There is no annual renewal, no recurring charge, and no dues of any kind. Your Insider Pass remains active for as long as ATN operates the Insider Pass program, subject to Section 10 (Termination).

The activation fee is a charge for a digital concierge service. It is not a deposit, prepayment, or credit toward any cruise, hotel, flight, or other travel product. Travel is quoted, booked, and paid for separately at the time you choose to travel, directly to the travel provider or through our licensed travel partners, never to ATN.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to purchase an Insider Pass. One Insider Pass covers one primary holder and travel companions booked on the same reservation. By purchasing, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. What happens after you pay

Within 24 hours of completed checkout, your Welcome Kit is delivered by email to the address you provided. It contains your member ID, your concierge’s direct line, and every promise on this site in writing. Your concierge will also place a welcome call. 5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your Insider Pass within 3 days of purchase for a full refund of the $197 activation fee. After the 3-day window, the activation fee is non-refundable. Because there are no recurring charges, there is nothing further to cancel after that. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to cancel and how refunds are processed.

6. Travel bookings

When you decide to travel, your concierge presents the rates our technology has found and assists with the reservation through our licensed travel partners. Before any travel is paid for, the rate, perks, and terms are confirmed to you by email. Each booking is subject to the cruise line’s, resort’s, or other provider’s own terms, including their deposit, payment, change, and cancellation rules. ATN does not hold travel funds and is not responsible for a provider’s performance, schedule changes, or cancellations.

Trade rates change frequently and are subject to availability. A rate shown on this site or quoted by your concierge is not guaranteed until the provider confirms the booking.

7. The Price-Beat Promise

If, before you pay for a trip, you find the identical trip, same provider, ship or property, sailing or stay dates, cabin or room category, and inclusions, advertised at a lower publicly available price, send the written quote to your concierge. We will beat that price or you are free to book elsewhere with no obligation. The Promise applies to bona fide, currently bookable public offers and excludes private, corporate, employee, casino, loyalty-status, or error fares.

8. Credits and rebates

• $100 onboard credit or 25% commission rebate, whichever is higher, on trips booked through your concierge. The rebate is 25% of the commission ATN actually receives on that booking. You choose onboard credit toward your next trip or a check by mail. Onboard credit is applied to the sailing it is earned on; a rebate is paid after that trip is completed. Neither is available on trips booked outside your concierge.

9. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate traveler information, to review booking confirmations for accuracy, to comply with each provider’s terms, and to hold valid travel documents. Your member ID and concierge line are for you and your travel companions; please do not share them publicly.

10. Termination

ATN may suspend or terminate an Insider Pass for fraud, abuse of the Price-Beat Promise, chargeback of the activation fee after benefits have been delivered, or conduct that is abusive toward our staff. If ATN discontinues the Insider Pass program entirely, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice by email.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ATN provides the Insider Pass “as is.” We do not guarantee any particular savings on any particular trip and will tell you when a trip is not a good deal. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATN’s total liability to you for any claim relating to the Insider Pass is limited to the $197 activation fee you paid. ATN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of cruise lines, hotels, airlines, or other travel providers.

12. Communications

By purchasing, you agree that ATN and your concierge may contact you by phone, text, and email about your Insider Pass, your bookings, and travel offers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time; service messages about your bookings will continue. See our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes will never introduce a recurring charge or reduce the benefits you were promised in writing at the time you joined.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
